Homes BELOW market value
Home loans are defaulting at an alarming rate, and the foreclosure market has really taken off. Banks are buying most of these properties back. They soon become REO's (real estate owned), these homes are then placed on the open market for usually lower than market value.
I have taken the time to refine my MLS search to find these properties, and set up an automatic search feature.
